This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of all products and services from Deasoft.com - except domain name registrations which are non-refundable.

A full refund can be obtained on the purchase price of the new product or service in question for up to 30 days after the initial purchase. Once this 30 day period has passed a partial refund can still be obtained. Partial refunds are determined based on the amount of subscription time that has been used and the amount of subscription time remaining, less a 35% processing fee of the total original purchase amount.

All refunds are given on request with no questions asked, with only the following exceptions.

Domain name Registrations are Non-Refundable. Also note if you have purchased a Hosting account with us that included Domain Registration, we cannot refund the domain registration portion of your purchase. We also do not give refunds to clients who are found to have been abusing our network, caught spamming or are found to be involved in any criminal fraudulent activities, which are obviously against our Acceptable Use Policy.

If a client pays via a Paypal subscription and wishes to discontinue services with us then it's the responsiblity of the client to ensure their own Paypal subscription has been canceled. No refunds will be given for extra charges that result from a forgotten Paypal subscription, accidently left active by the client. So if you decide to close your account and it was paid for by a Paypal subscription, please ensure that you also cancel your own Paypal subscription from your Paypal account.
